On the 18th of November, VSNPCC squad, Fusionoize held a fund raising activity to raise funds for our Residential Project in Vietnam, Sapa. This fund raiser was held concurrently with the school's(Victoria School) Open House with Primary 6 parents as the intended target group. The participants(VSNPCC Fusionoize Squad)of this fundraiser were to sell the Victoria School 130years Commemorative yearbooks at the Open House to the parents of the Primary 6's.
The participants reported punctually at 8.30a.m and prepared for the yearbooks to be sold, setting up 2 stands for sales in all; one in the Heritage Centre, a centre of great attraction for all visitors,and the second stand placed just outside the canteen. Sales took place from 9a.m to 2p.m, spanning the entire duration of the Open House. Participants were split up into 2 groups for this event. Some were also simultaneously despatched around the school to bolster the efficiency of sales.
Sales amounted to an estimated 200 dollars at the end of the fund raiser. The money collected was kept and accounted for by Teacher cum Facilitator Mr.Khoo Kay Yong.
