Here is a rough estimate of how much we have spent during the 16 day trip!

600 SGD (13890 Baht) + 154 SGD (110 USD) = 754 SGD

These includes all your exchange to Kip and Riels as well as Levi's and Adidas, not forgetting the extra money you changed to Baht again the last few days.
