ü Raising of Funds to purchase stationery in Vietnam - more cost efficient
ü Liaise with companies for donations of books and stationeries

5.) Immunization
ü Obtain individual immunization jabs at own time



6.) School Residential Project
ü Aesthetics aspect of project will be handled by Joseph Sng
· Theme for school layout and decorations to be decided by Joseph Sng
· Designs for school to be gotten from Vietnamese children
ü System for integration of books into library to be decided by English Library Project I.Cs - Edmund Cai and Thomas Leong


7.) Preliminary Training
ü Self implementation and documentation of training leading up to trip to prepare for trip
ü Pre-trip training at Pulau Ubin
