We’re looking for filmmakers who will challenge and surprise us, changing our perception of the world around us. If you have a compelling story to tell, send us your proposal by 4 September 2006.
Submission Guidelines We will be commissioning 11 hours of original programming. We are primarily looking for one-hour one-off documentaries but will consider short series of up to 3 episodes.

Who is eligible to enter?
The contest is open to Asia-based companies and filmmakers(we considered?). Singapore companies must use at least 50% production personnel who are Singapore citizens or permanent residents.
What is the submission process?
Send in an original proposal by 4 September 2006(gt time?)
Each submission MUST include the following(who do?):
• Program Proposal with one page executive summary
• Detailed budget
• Estimated Production Schedule and Delivery Date
• Production Team Biography
• DVD/VCD/VHS sample of previous work(do we have?)
• Pitch/character reel (if available)(we definitely don't have.)
