Today we brought along a friend, Ryan, from our college’s Infocomm Club. Ryan is well-versed with computer software and we thought he may be able to solve Azmi’s problems with the computer and his camera.

Ryan used the memory card reader we brought along and managed to upload the photos successfully. He also helped to download a better spyware program and ensured the computer is free from virus.

Azmi was very grateful and we could really see his happiness from the smile on his face. We’re glad we could give him tangible help this time.

Unfortunately, as Changyang and I both had class, we left shortly after the problems were resolved.
