Hey everyone,
We would be going on another trip in December and planning needs to be done immediately, considering that we have only 2 weeks left to prepare. i understand that some of us have not finished their A levels yet, but here is something to get you started once you are ready.

Trip itinerary - JW
I will be doing up the itinerary by this monday, 17th nov so that we all can look at it and work from there. It will be in the same format as last year's itinerary. Do give me any feedback once you have seen it, thanks!

Travel Stops - Dog
ZL will be in charge of the stopovers and attractions that we would include in our itinerary. He would be looking through maps and travel sites for recommendations or places of interest that we might want to go. Do give him any opinons if you have any regarding this matter.

Travel Accomadations - Edmund
He would have experience from last year's trip considering that he had plenty of information which allowed us to make decisions ahead of time. Its' the same thing this time round but just be sure to source for a list of possible guesthouses in every stop listed in the itinerary.

Service Activity - Khooky and Seth
Since we have a sum of money to work with this time round, we should plan something beforehand on what to do with the money.( i.e. spending it) Seth and Khooky have to come up with suitable means or ideas on how to do so and get everyone involved prior to the trip so we can establish a clear service objective beforehand.

Accounts - Tommy
Thomas has to take charge of all our combined expenses during the trip itself and collect a fund from all of us while making sure everything is accounted for at the end of each day. Prior to leaving, he is expected to make a realistic estimate on how much we should each bring for the trip this time round based on the itinerary. Dog will help him with this job.

Do at least have something tangible by 23rd Nov to present to us so that we have sufficient time to make any changes if necessary. Remember, its' our own trip now and we have to take personal responsibility of its' sucess!
